At SHOP NOIR EXTENSIONS LLC/TATIANA NOIR NYC LLC, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific policies in place regarding refunds. Please read the following refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Refunds
Due to health and hygiene regulations, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, it cannot be refunded.
2. Exchanges and Store Credit
We understand that you may change your mind or experience an issue with your purchase. We offer exchanges or store credit in the following circumstances:
- Exchanges: You may request an exchange for a different item within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is in its original, unused condition. All tags, seals, and packaging must remain intact. Items that have been altered, opened, or used (including brushing, combing, or washing) are not eligible for exchange.
- Store Credit: If an exchange is not feasible, we will issue store credit for 50% of the amount of the returned product. Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issuance and can be used for any future purchase on our website.
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. You must include your order number and a description of the issue to proceed with the exchange process.
3. Final Sale Items
Certain items may be marked as "Final Sale" and are not eligible for exchanges or store credit. These items are clearly indicated on the product page and at checkout.
4. Restocking Fees
For returns related to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, refusal of delivery, or unclaimed packages, a restocking fee of 20% will be applied. The restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit or exchange amount.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you are returning an item for an exchange, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@shopnoirextensions.com within 7 days of receiving the item. We may request photographs of the damaged product, and upon confirmation, we will either issue a replacement or offer store credit for the damaged item.
7. Order Cancellation
Once an order has been placed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before submitting. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the situation, but we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order is processed.
8. Policy Changes

Any changes to the policy will be posted on this page, and the updated version will take effect immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for any updates.
