Order Processing and Changes
- Order Finalization: Once an order is submitted, all sales are final. Changes or cancellations cannot be made after submission, including changes to the items, shipping address, or billing information.
- Exchange Policy: We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the items are returned in their original, unused condition. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for full details on exchange eligibility.
- No Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept refunds under any circumstances.
Shipping Information
- Processing Time: All orders require a 5-business-day processing time before shipping. This processing period is separate from the shipping time and does not include weekends or holidays.
- Shipping and Billing Address: Both the billing and shipping addresses must match. Orders with mismatched addresses will be flagged for review, which may cause a delay in processing. You will be contacted to verify your identity and purchase before fulfillment.
- Shipping Methods:
- Domestic Shipping: Once processed, orders will be shipped via USPS. Standard domestic shipping generally takes 1-3 business days, depending on your location.
- Express Shipping: For faster delivery, select Express Shipping at checkout. Please note that Express Shipping orders must be placed by 1:00 PM EST to be processed the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day. Express Shipping does not include processing time.
- Domestic Delivery Time: Delivery times for domestic shipments vary. In general, USPS domestic express shipping takes 2-3 business days, depending on the destination.
- Weekend & Holiday Considerations: Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days. Orders placed on a Friday will begin processing on the following business day, typically Monday, unless a holiday occurs.
Shipping Delays and Liability
- Potential Delays: While we strive to process and ship orders promptly, please be aware that delays can occur for reasons beyond our control, such as shipping carrier delays, weather disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. These delays are not the responsibility of SHOP NOIR EXTENSIONS LLC/TATIANA NOIR NYC LLC.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: SHOP NOIR EXTENSIONS LLC/TATIANA NOIR NYC LLC is not liable for any lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages once they have been shipped. All domestic shipments are insured through USPS. In the event that your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim directly with USPS at USPS Claims or contact USPS customer service at 1-800-222-1811.
- Incorrect Shipping Address: We are not responsible for any delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is accurate before submitting the order.
International Shipping
- International shipping is available at checkout. Delivery times and shipping rates vary depending on the destination country. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply to international shipments.
